When you submit a booking request on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The service address where the vehicle will be detailed
• Vehicle type, year, make, model, and color
• The service and any add-ons you selected, and the estimated total and duration
• Your requested appointment date and time
• Any optional notes you choose to add
• A record that you accepted the booking policies, including the policy version, the time you accepted, and the booking it belongs to

We deliberately keep this minimal. We do not collect payment card or bank details, and we do not build device fingerprints or advertising profiles.

Our hosting and database providers may also process basic technical and security logs (for example, request timestamps and error information) as part of keeping the site running and protected against abuse.

We use the information you provide to:

• Review your request and confirm or decline the requested time
• Provide an estimate and, after inspection, a final price
• Schedule, prepare for, and perform the detailing service
• Communicate with you about your appointment
• Keep ordinary business records, including deposit status tracked manually
• Operate, maintain, and secure this website

This website never takes online payment. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account details, or any other financial account information. Deposits and final payment are arranged directly with Lou's Delta Detailing.

We use a small number of providers to run the site and manage appointments. They process your information on our behalf, for the purposes described above:

• Lovable Cloud — website hosting and the database that stores booking requests.
• Appointment management tools — notifying the owner about booking requests and placing confirmed appointments on a private business calendar.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.

We keep booking information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including servicing your appointment, maintaining ordinary business records, and meeting legal or operational needs. When it is no longer needed, we remove it or retain it in a limited form.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through the booking form. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit booking records to the business owner. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

This site and our services are intended for adults arranging vehicle detailing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Each update gets a new effective date and policy version shown at the top of this page. The policy version recorded when you submit a booking request remains associated with that request, even if a later version is published afterwards.
